These terms apply to Remit at remit.ink.
Remit is a compliance analysis tool. It analyses rule sets you provide and computes structural findings including redundancies, dependencies, gaps, and risk paths.
Remit is not legal advice. It is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel, licensed customs brokers, or certified compliance professionals. Findings are structural analysis of the rules you provide — they do not constitute regulatory guidance, legal opinions, or compliance certifications.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of analysis findings. Structural analysis depends on the rules you provide — incomplete or inaccurate rules produce incomplete or inaccurate findings.
We are not liable for business decisions made based on findings.
Remit-specific: AML analysis is structural, not transactional. It does not replace SAR filing obligations, KYC procedures, or regulatory reporting requirements. Structurally redundant rules may still be legally required under separate jurisdictional mandates.
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
